WUXI KINGLUX GLASS LENS CO.,LIMITED is a professional research, development, production and marketing of glass lenses optical components manufacturer, we focus on optical field for 30 years. The optical element has spherical lens, aspherical lens, cylindrical lens, free-form surface lens, prism, cone mirror, light pipe, window glass sheet. Shape of optical element has Plano-convex, biconvex lens, Plano-concave, biconcave, meniscus lens, magnifying glass, flat tablets. Raw materials are high-quality optical glass such as borosilicate glass 3.3, B270, BK7 etc., mainly used in LED lighting, medical equipment, optical instruments, laser, infrared and other products.

     Since 1985 beginning only one set of optical cold equipment develop up to now, it has formed the production line 10sets, Germany-precision optical equipment 20 sets, aspheric equipment 2 sets, high-precision milling mill 25 sets, polishing equipment 10 sets, center milling machine 25 sets, a number of test equipment, and annual output capacity of 500 million pieces of lenses. 2010 introduced from abroad advanced LED glass lens manufacturing equipment and heat-treating process on the basis for independent improvement. Using ultra-precision mold manufacturing equipment and advanced production technology successfully create HQ high-power LED special glass lenses of high temperature, high precision, high transmittance, wide range applications such as LED street light lens, LED mining lamp lens, LED stage lights all kinds of LED lighting glass lenses. LED street light lenses effectively solve from widespread glare lighting, road overlapping shadow, uneven light color and other issues which greatly improve the luminous efficiency of LED lights and ensure illumination uniformity.
